We are a small community of individuals drawn to addressing problems at the systemic level, and exploring group dynamics in a sociocultural context. Group Analysis India is locally represented by Hank Nunn Institute. Our goal is to set up the Indian Community of Group Analysis and become a full-time member of the European Group Analytic Training Institutions Network (EGATIN) which requires five individuals to qualify.
Our faculty comprises of exceptional group analysts from varied cultural backgrounds. They encourage the development of the ability to critique and reflect, and are conscious of involving the socio-cultural context throughout the learning process.
The learning process throughout the training is primarily experiential, as we believe one learns best by getting involved and reflecting on one's own experiences.
We encourage you to be curious and develop the ability to reflect on and relate to your own life experiences in an attempt to understand others, thereby finding your own way of working as a group psychotherapist.
Group Analysis is an interactive approach and has many applications in the field of human relations, teaching, training, mental health, rehabilitation, and organizational consultancy.
